The Covid-19 pandemic has caught most people and organizations around the world by surprise. As the novel coronavirus continues to spread in the United States and around the globe, businesses and all social institutions are scrambling to cope with unfolding crisis. Cambodian-American surgeon Dr. SreyRam Kuy, a professor at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas and a research fellow at the Aspen Institute [https://www.aspeninstitute.org/blog-posts/from-leading-through-crisis-to-creating-a-covid-19-preparation-tool/] has developed with a team an online Covid-19 preparedness tool kit for businesses and health care professionals. She tells VOA Khmer's Sophat Soeung that while no one is truly prepared for Covid-19, the digital tool kit can help organizational leaders quickly and efficiently assess their current operational priorities and plan specific steps to respond to the current pandemic and future such crises. Dr. Kuy said while the toolkit can be used at any stage of the current pandemic, it can be most beneficial use for countries that are at the earlier stages of the pandemic like Cambodia, to help “flatten the curve.” The online Covid-19 Preparedness Toolkit for businesses and health care professionals can be accessed below: Healthcare Version: https://app.roundsplus.getwellnetwork.com/SurveyAction/SurveyGo/oelXr5paQf2Jv Business Version: https://app.roundsplus.getwellnetwork.com/SurveyAction/SurveyGo/qnqFu4iqHn5Ox
