At Preah Vihear, Hor Namhong Briefs Cambodia Army on ICJ's Rules

Cambodian foreign minister Hor Namhong visits Cambodia's army stationing along the border with Thailand near Preah Vihear temple. The top Cambodian diplomat told the solders that Cambodian government plans to resume talk with Thailand over the parts of 460 hectares of disputed area outside judiciary rules of International Court of Justice in November.
