Safety Packages From Battambang Contains Less Irregularities

Safety packages of ballots from Battambang province contain less irregularities comparing to those from Kratie province. Constitutional Council ordered National Election Committee to open the packages for verification in response to the complaints filed by Cambodia National Rescue Party.
