The Oscar nomination for Cambodian film "L'Image Manquante" ( The Missing Picture) is one that director Rithy Panh on Friday said he was accepting on behalf of the whole country, for a story that describes the personal and national pain that the country was subjected to during the years under the Khmer Rouge and Pol Pot.
