In the 2016 presidential election, Donald Trump won Wisconsin by fewer than 30,000 votes - the first Republican to take the state since Ronald Reagan in 1984. As 2020 looms, Wisconsin is viewed as a battleground state in Trump's re-election bid. As VOA's Kane Farabaugh reports, two issues may affect the election outcome in the state: the presidential impeachment process and America's continuing decade-long economic expansion.
