A fouth U.S. delegation, lead by Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Daley, in charge of East Asia and Pacific affairs, arrives in Cambodia's capital, Wednesday.
During his visit, Mr. Daley plans to meet with top-level Cambodian officials as well as leaders of the Alliance of Democrats.
