As Putin Heads to Japan, Could This End WWII?

World War Two ended in 1945, but Russian and Japan never signed a formal peace treaty. The sticking point is four islands under Russian control since 1945. Japan has continuously demanded their return. Russian President Vladimir Putin heads to Japan to meet Prime Minister Shinzo Abe Thursday, but doubts exist if a deal can be reached. VOA's Steve Miller reports.
