Commuters Find Way To Save Time: ‘Slugging’

How can you go to work for free and save time? If you live in northern Virginia, you do it by “slugging.” You line up at one of the designated locations in the morning and get in a stranger’s car with another stranger. This allows the driver to use the express lane on the Interstate, saving time and reducing traffic congestion and emissions. VOA Khmer's Reasey Poch reports from Virginia.
