All of the 13 safety packages from Kratie province ordered to open by the Constitutional Council for verification were found not properly recorded and unsealed. The opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party blasted the NEC for the irregularity and called it a serious fraud. However, NEC said it was merely a technical flaw. Constitutional Council member Prum Nhean Vichetr told reporters after checking the packages that the process was simply to ensure transparency in addressing the opposition's complaints and decision will come later.
