CMAC Starts New Project Collecting UXO Under Water

Staff from Cambodia's deming egency, the Cambodias Mine Action Center (CMAC), have launched a program that eventually aims to form the nation's first dive and salvage unit. Their mission will be to retrieve thousands of tons of explosive sitting at the bottom of Cambodia's rivers. Rick Valenzuela reports for VOA from Phnom Penh.
