In Washington, Sihanouk Remembered for Peaceful Independence

Mourning for deceased former king Norodom Sihanouk continued in the Washington area, with mourners from the capital, Maryland and Virginia holding a seven-day ceremony at the Buddhi Karama pagoda in Silver Springs, Ma.
